Patient Portal - Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
What is MyHealthHome?
MyHealthHome is a free, secure online patient portal that gives you access to your health information anytime, day or night.
Was there a previous version of the patient portal?
Yes. The previous version of the portal was replaced in December 2021 and is no longer accessible to patients.
What happens if I didn’t download or save the information from my previous patient portal account? Can I still access it?
Yes. Although patients can no longer access the previous portal, the information will be retained in the electronic health record (EHR) at Grandview Medical Center. Should you need the information at any point, you can obtain it through the Medical Records department.
Can I access the portal from my phone?
Yes. You can access it from the hospital website, your preferred browser, or download the mobile app MyHealthHome – Oracle Health and sign in just as you would on a computer or tablet.
Is there any way to connect mobile health management apps to my health record?
You may be able to securely connect certain third-party health management apps (i.e., Apple Health, etc.) to your MyHealthHome data. For information on how to do this via AppleHealth, click here.

Access
How can I access my child’s or other family member’s health information?
If you are interested in MyHealthHome access for your child(ren) or an adult for whom you are legally responsible and that individual is a patient, you will need to request access via the instructions here for information on how to grant access to a designated caregiver/guardian.
Can I give others access to my information?
Only you – and those you authorize – will be able to see or gain access to the information in your portal.
