A Lunch & Learn Hosted by Grandview Medical Center

Birmingham, AL (June 27, 2018) --- Grandview Medical Center will host a lunch and learn on “Cardiovascular Disease: Diagnosis & Treatment Options.” Guest speaker will be cardiologist Hasan Guven, MD, FACC, with Alabama Cardiovascular Group.

Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States. But today, we know a great deal more about the risk factors and causes of cardiovascular conditions. Dr. Guven will discuss advances in the treatment of cardiac disease and everyday changes individuals can make to potentially reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The Lunch & Learn will take place on Friday, July 20, 2018, at Grandview Medical Center. Lunch will begin at 11:30 followed by the speaker at noon. The program is free and open to the public.
