Grandview Medical Center Hosts Blood Drive

Donors to receive movie tickets, gift cards and meal vouchers

BIRMINGHAM, AL (May 25, 2018) ---- Every two seconds someone in the United States needs blood. Grandview Medical Center is partnering with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive Wednesday, May 30, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the hospital’s conference center located off the first floor lobby. This blood drive is open to the public.

Donors will receive a movie ticket, $5 gift card via email to Amazon, Grandview Café meal ticket, pizza and be entered into a drawing for a Top Golf gift card.

To schedule an appointment, go to www.redcrossblood.org and enter keyword GRANDVIEW or call 1-800-RED-CROSS. Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are accepted. Please bring a photo ID or American Red Cross donor card with you. Free parking in the hospital parking deck will be available. Donors can bring their parking ticket with them for validation.

Grandview Medical Center is located on Highway 280 at 3690 Grandview Parkway, just east of The Summit on Highway 280.
