Grandview Medical Center Hosts Blood Drive

Donors to receive movie tickets and Grandview Café meal ticket

BIRMINGHAM, AL (July 23, 2018) ---- Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood. Grandview Medical Center is partnering with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive Wednesday, August 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the hospital’s conference center, located off the first floor lobby. This blood drive is open to the public.

Donors will receive a movie ticket and a Grandview Café meal ticket.

To schedule an appointment, go to www.redcrossblood.org and enter keyword GRANDVIEW or call 1-800-RED-CROSS. Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are accepted. Please bring a photo ID or American Red Cross donor card with you. Free parking in the hospital parking deck will be available. Donors can bring their parking ticket with them for validation.

Grandview Medical Center is located on Highway 280 at 3690 Grandview Parkway, just east of The Summit on Highway 280.
