Craig Levoy, M.D., Medical Director
Craig Levoy, M.D., is the medical director for the Community Quality Alliance (CQA), a clinically integrated network affiliated with Northwest Health, and a family medicine physician board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
As medical director of the CQA, Dr. Levoy will be working with the Northwest Health team, under the guidance of the executive director and board of trustees, to support its network of providers by helping achieve the clinical goals and priorities of the CQA.
Dr. Levoy received his medical education at University of South Florida – Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa. He completed his family medicine residency at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg, FL. In addition to his board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Levoy has the following specialty certifications: HIV Medical Specialist, American Academy of HIV Medicine; and Physician Advisor, Certification in Health Care Quality and Management.
In addition to his work with the CQA, Dr. Levoy also sees patients at Northwest Medical Center – Bentonville offering preventive care for all ages. Services include chronic disease management including diabetes, thyroid, hypertension, heart disease, high cholesterol, COPD and asthma; LGBTQIA+ care; HIV medicine; and STI and PrEP/PEP treatment.
